The Pride Park area of Derby has been remediated after previous uses had left the site in a contaminated state.

The contamination included W.W. II munitions which posed unusual hazards.

Melia Smith & Jones were commissioned to design and detail the foundations and non-structural steel elements of the main and ancillary building. Work also included layout and details of roads and car parks.
