Various difficult sites have been dealt with incorporating a variety of foundation types including rafts and fully piled solutions. Some projects in mining areas have required grouting where voids were present below the site.
Hillside sites such as Range Lane, Halifax, rquiring various arrangements of retaining walls, have been successfully completed to a tight budget.
MSJ's commissions have included structural design of the properties and their
foundations and also the associated roads and drainage.
