The unit for Karrimor built at Clayton Le Moors was constructed by P S Turners on a site adjacent to the Leeds Liverpool canal. MSJ designed foundations and retaining walls.

This 135,000 sq ft unit for Liberty was built in Burnley by design and built contractor P S Turner. MSJ were responsible for the design of the fondations and the slabs.

Acting as client's agents MSJ were responsible for structures, roads and drainage for this 95,000 sq ft unit at Peterlee.

Balfour Beatty were the main contractor and the unit was purchased by Claremont Ltd the clothing manufacturer.

MSJ have completed a number of similar schemes as client's agents.
