Melia Smith & Jones have completed several jobs for Principal Hotels at Le Meridien Warwick as well at their other hotels throughout the UK.

The project illustrated above shows the major bedroom extension completed in 2001. This consisted of a 4 storey steel framed structure with composite concrete floors and a slated roof. The floor to floor heights were limited to match in with the adjacent load bearing masonry structure necessitating optimised frame layout with minimal beam depths.
