Offices
Barugh Green Offices, Barnsley
The project consisted of a 2 individual office buildings. Each office was a 2 storey block with 11.5m clear span office space. The walls were formed with a Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS) inner skin spanning between levels with a masonry outer leaf.
Harris Street Offices, Bradford
A high specification building providing 2440 m² of open-plan office space on five floors developed on a prominent brown-field site close to the city centre.
Cardale Court Offices, Harrogate
The project involved construction of a new 3-storey office building within an existing business park in Harrogate.
Warehousing and Factories
Louvolite Industrial Complex, Hyde
Industrial complex used for the manufacture of window blinds and louvres. MSJ project managed the demolition of the previous 10,000m² mill building, and designed and detailed the replacement 4,900m² warehouse building, followed by a 4,500m² extension including warehouse and automation, with high-spec offices and showroom facilities.
Procter & Gamble, Skelmersdale
The project created a new reception centre attached to an existing production facility.
Retail, Car Dealerships and Hotels
Dilbag Cloth House
The project involved the refurbishment and re-building of a showroom connected to an existing warehouse building. In addition to this the warehouse was re-clad and the surrounding site was redeveloped.
Toyota Dealership, Durham
The project consisted of the conversion of a former Honda outlet into a Toyota car sales showroom and workshop with first floor office space.
Royal York Hotel, Conference Centre
MSJ have completed several jobs for Principal Hotels at the Royal York Hotel as well at their other hotels throughout the UK. This project involved the creation of a conference centre adjacent to the existing hotel and York station.
